So what is the % of pufa in lard. I am reading its anywhere from 10%(USDA database) to 32% (source Chris Masterjohn), then 3% again and some people saying it could be even higher than the 32%.
10% PUFA would be nice, but at 32% its not a good idea. Non of the lard is european stores have a nutrition label to see the percentage of macronutrients. What is the percentage of pufa in commercial lard from a supermarket??
