No, it's just another "superfood" marketing scam. There's more nutrients in organ meats and easy to come by berries, like blueberries. Sure, they have interesting properties, but there's other stuff that does too, like cabbage, red beets, etc.
The Goji berry, also called the wolfberry. Studies have been giving all the possible benefits like athletic performance, quality of sleep, calmness etc. But these are only preliminary studies and we cannot draw any firm conclusions from it.
Goji Berries are basically are also used in drugs like diabetic drugs blood pressure drugs etc.
There are not such added benefits found as that of other berries.
