I am a teen female 5"2 and around 100lbs give or take 2 lbs less.... I recently lost weight eating healthier and doing a paleoish diet, although I ate occasional grains, treats and dairy... I am looking to maintain my body composition and gain a bit because I didn't do it properly( too low cal/and fat) and lost my period... I love meats veggies and fruit( probably eat too much). What should my meals look like for portions? How much fat? Between 100-150g carbs good?(fairly active)... How do I give up dairy and fruit too much and wean off them? How do I do it healthily while making it easier on my family who doesn't eat paleo at all(eat pretty bad)? I firstly want to be healthier and achive better sports performance by using fat and not carbs for energy, while not losing more weight. How much fat/carbs/protein should I get... I would like to go on satiety, but right now I dodn't ever really feel full/hungry because of my unhealthy starting approach and not enoguh cals/weight loss. How do I recover and do this better? Want to eliminate my cravings and addiction to sugar (even fruit) also I live in Canada, so we don't have grass-fed meat or eggs(no such thing), what options do I have?
First of all, you're a teenage girl, and you know about paleo. That alone puts you way ahead of the game, so there's no problem easing your way in. Do what you can now, and you'll slowly gain more control over your diet as become independent, start shopping for yourself, and learn more about food preparation.
At your low weight, I would not even worry about carbs. I would worry about the quality of carbs, but you're too skinny to start cutting things like fruit out of your diet, when you might not have the ability to replace those calories with something as nutritious. For dairy, start by cutting milk out. Don't drink it. Don't put it on cereal..., but maybe have yogurt (not the sugar kind) and cheese as part of your diet.
I don't know how bad your family's eating habits are, but there are ways to make a lot of common non-pale foods pretty paleo. If you're having hamburgers, skip the bun and go for extra salad and taters. Tacos, skip the tortillas and make it a taco salad. Spaghetti, skip the noodles and replace it with sauteed zucchuni. Think outside the box. While everyone's having fruit loops for breakfast, have that leftover burger with an egg or two on the side.
At your age and size, calories are pretty important, so don't be a paleo purist. Use paleo to improve your options whenever you can. Keep learning, and keep taking more control over your own diet.
Cook vegetables in suitable measures of margarine, grease, tallow, or coconut oil, instead of serving them plain in the wake of bubbling or steaming.

1. What amount of fat/carbs/protein would it be a good idea for me to get?
2. What amount of fat?
3. 100-150g carbs great?
At the age of four, and proceeding through age 18, dietary fats ought to record for 25 to 35 percent of their aggregate day by day calories. Tenneage girls require 130 grams of starches consistently.
