So I've lost the weight (30lbs), now I'm dealing with the 'skinny fat' issue--like a bowl full o' jello!
I am longer and leaner and I do have a good muscular base to start from (I can easily bulk up so the lack of exercise has been good for trimming me down)
I'm very happy with how I look dressed, the bikini is the issue!! I just want everything to stop giggling!!! (I'm 46, hopefully this can be rectified?)
What is suggested to help tighten loose skin pretty much all over?? (yes, I'm always oiled and moisturized)
I will be moving in about a month, so gyms and trainers won't be worth it right now. Its a stronger possibility in a few months from now when I've got the house unpacked etc.
What kind of program is good for this, something I can purchase and pop into the dvd or laptop (this way I can do here before the move at my convenience or in a hotel on the other side-2 months in a hotel waiting for the household to arrive and not much else to do, good time to do it!)
is Yoga the way? can you recommend something for a beginner
T-Tapp? Just saw this posted on a blog, is it a good program?
Anything else you can recommend?? (maybe I'll have access to a gym in the hotel, but I've never really done weights and wouldn't know how to start, some sort of tutorial you can recommend to self teach the basics, if this is a good way to go?)
