I know that alcohol is not paleo. But many of us sometimes drink alcohol. Mostly in evening or at night. So I would like to know some tips before, during and after drinking alcohol. I read some articles about this, but they didn't answer all my questions. For example when eat and how much, when doing exercise, some tips(supplements, I read about vitamin c, milk thistle, activated charcoal) how to minimize intake of toxins? Or how often and how much can I drink alcohol to don't ruin paleo diet/lifestyle? Twice a week, once a week or once every 2 weeks?
Red wine when consumed in moderation is a good option as alcohol in Paleo diet as it contains antioxidants like resveratrol, which helps in preventing bllod clots, preventing blood vessels to get damaged etc. Red wine is one of the healthy alcoholic option in Paleo.
The answer to your questions depends on a number of things....
your current physical condition, your goals and your diet
So it would be handy to know...age, height, weight, waist, body fat %
Are you wanting to lose weight fat or are you already trim? If you're trying to lose fat, it's best to not drink any alcohol until you reach your goal.
If you're a guy and at your goal, two drinks per day max average. Red wine or clear liquor with soda water and maybe a 'splash' of juice.
Alcohol is toxic and your body will preferentially deal with it before dealing with ingested food. So the food you eat while drinking winds up being "stored" so you can deal with the alcohol.

Here are some general considerations:
- wine is close to paleo, but sulfites are not. Drink unsulfited wine.
- beer is not paleo, too much gluten
- hard liquors in moderation can be paleo, as are lesser beverages (hard cider, mead).
I drink wine that I make with my buddies, the sole ingredient is crushed, fermented grapes. Nothing added except a tbsp of sugar per 5 gallons at bottling time for sparkle. I also drink various infusions which both me and my wife make with 90 proof alcohol. She infuses tart cherries, blueberries, or juneberries. I infuse various bitter herbs with dandelion and cardoon leaves featuring prominently. The wine is drank by the half glass, the infusions a table spoon or so, in tiny glasses after dinner. But you can find unsulfited wine in stores.

To Bobk: I am 18 years old, I have around 15-16% body fat. I am quite satisfied with my body, yes it can be better - my goal is to have 8% body fat in the coming years. But I am not in a hurry.
I don't drink every day. So my questions are how often(once a week or less?) and how much in that day can I drink alcohol to don't ruin my paleo diet(or low-carb)? I usually drink once a week and try to avoid beer.
My second question is, do you know some supplements that minimize intake of toxins?
And my last question is if I can drink alcohol when I am doing IF(warrior diet)? During the day - intermittent fasting and in the evening controlled overeating(in this case before start drinking alcohol), it means some proteins, vegetables and good fats
