Before someone jumps down my throat with "you're dehydrated" let me explain myself.
I drink a lot of water...more than "normal" people but probably less than hardcore thirsters. I also drink about 2 cups of coffee daily (weekdays only)
Here is my concern:
I wake up, drink a glass of water, drink a small iced coffee PLUS almost 32 more ounces of water before noon. (At this point I'm peeing twice an hour and it is coming out clear) I then take a 30 minute lunch break at which I usually BEGIN to SIP on another iced coffee (not even a 1/4 of the coffee will be gone)... and the bathroom break I take upon walking back into my office comes out very DARK YELLOW and very fragrant.
Am I seriously dehydrating within 15 minutes of being almost over-hydrated...or any ideas of what the issue is?
Can I not tolerate coffee? Is my body even soaking up the water I drink or am I just pissing it out instantly? Help!

Pee does need to be clear, in fact imo it is not good. You are likely peeing away valuable electrolytes (that need to be replaced). Have you eaten anything yet?

ps. did you take any supplements at lunch time, in particular something including Vit B2 (riboflavin), that stuff can turn your pee bright (fluorescent) yellow. ref
Don't know how true this is but Asprey claims that when you have to pee immediately after drinking coffee, you're probably drinking poor quality coffee that has toxins in it. Try switching to a better coffee and see how that affects you.
I did notice this effect myself, but it could be placebo.
If it is the diuretic effect (it probably is, IMHO) a simple test will let you know the answer. Pick some dandelions leaves (say, 2 oz.) and eat them in a salad. That is a stronger (not to mention healthier) diuretic. I eat 2-4 salads at each change of season (fall and spring, often dandelions go dormant here in summer), and they produce a no-doubt flush of yellow the first time. I stop when they do not produce an effect any more.
