Lift heavy 3-4x/week (mostly compound lifts), sprint 2-3x/week (100 yd sprints at the track), walk 2+ miles daily (during my lunch at work) then some random short runs and bodyweight stuff when I feel like it.
Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 524.3 kB each and 1.0 MB total.
