I'm new to paleo and I wanted some tips and tricks on how to adapt to the paleo life style. Major things that I enjoy eating are breads, pasta and cheese. I really enjoy spicy stuff nut I'm not sure how to bring that into the paleo food.
Any help would be great!
Eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, some meat, some eggs, and moderate amounts of stuff like seeds, nuts, etc
Avoid seed oils and refined sugars -- and essentially anything that comes in a box or has more than one thing on the ingredients list.
Also gluten is verboten. Most eschew legumes and dairy too, but they can be healthy in moderate amounts if you tolerate them well.
