yes, it helped that I started running barefoot over trails too. but even before I started doing that I noticed all round improvement on coordination and balance on the paleo diet - doing the tree in yoga became easy.
I've always had scary good balance, honestly. My husband realized I was sick one day because I tripped on a curb and actually fell down -- he had NEVER seen me fall in the 10 years we'd known each other.
That being said -- yes, I find my balance to be even better when I stick to LC and Primal -- mostly I see this when I DON'T slip on ice and don't fall when the dog yanks me.
