2 cashew cookie larabars
(usualy leftover dinner)

You need more fat and more food!! As much energy as you are expending, you should be eating double your list there. Add some bacon to your eggs, Avocado, some nuts for snacks Walnuts, Macadamia, Pecans, Almonds. Way too lean for as much activity you are doing. As WaveHunter suggested.
