HEY, im a mixed martial artists i train 3-4 times a week and ive had to drop a weight class since starting paleo im stronger and faster and i keep breaking my training partners...but the only problem is recently im always hungry. what am i missin

Breakfast 1 tsp coconut oil 3 eggs 1 apple

snack 2 cashew cookie larabars

Lunch (usualy leftover dinner) large chicken breast salad

Snack bananna

Dinner 2 lean grass fed beef patties salad

Eat more food, at your training load your on a semi starvation diet.

Add some starchy tubers and put some fat on the meat, preferably animal fat.

You need more fat and more food!! As much energy as you are expending, you should be eating double your list there. Add some bacon to your eggs, Avocado, some nuts for snacks Walnuts, Macadamia, Pecans, Almonds. Way too lean for as much activity you are doing. As WaveHunter suggested.

Fat is fuel! Eat more of it. :-D
