Yeah, I am living here since 6 years and been doing paleo for a few months with not much luck at sticking to it.

may i ask why carl? i lived in thailand for 2 months and i found the way of eating pretty paleo, except for the oils used for frying. fresh vegetables and fruits, organ meats and fish, insects, rice, etc. make up the bulk of their diet. – lisa Mar 24 at 17:39

Another Bangkok paleo guy here. Been eating this way since 2010 here and have a few friends who do as well. And Bryan, I used to get your CSA boxes, but because of frequent travel had to stop.
