I eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full. I'm pretty good at figuring out, after the whole tracking bit, and looking at what I'm eating and knowing did I get enough, did I not, what do I need more of, etc. I average between 3-3500k a day. I love my food and definitely make an effort for it to look nice as I'm stuffing so much in it helps keep everything interesting.

I used to weigh my food and keep track and it eventually just seriously started driving me nuts. No food scale or tracking anymore. No weight tracking. I just look down or in a mirror :)

The thing I love the most and why it works so well for me is I don't weigh, I don't measure and I don't journal what I eat. I just enjoy my food and my great health!

Mine would be short and boring. I usually eat about the same foods everyday. I precook chicken, hardboiled eggs, hamburger, some type of pork and sometimes steaks. Some days I eat 4 pounds of meat, others I eat only once and eat very little. I throw in some berries and veggies when I feel like it. It's very liberating to eat like we were intended.
