Here's how I make my burgers: Buy some grass fed ground beef. Form into patties. Season with salt (optional) and pepper. Cook. Preferably on the grill. (Did you really need a recipe for burgers?) Edited to add: Also, have you tried the search function? |

Best chili I've ever had: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/True-Texas-Chili-355049 My favorite burgers are pan fried and topped with a reduction sauce (shallots, red wine, broth and butter). Delicious! |

This is one of my favorite slow cooker chili recipes. I believe the only things you would have to omit are the beans and corn. I usually use Trader Joe's poultry sausage for this recipe. You can spice it up with extra jalapeƱo or make it mild, and I'm sure you could find something to substitute the beans. Maybe ground turkey? http://southernfood.about.com/od/crockpotchili/r/r80215c.htm |

How I make my chili:
Saute onions and garlic in the bottom of the pot. Add meat and brown (I use lean meat for this so I don't have to drain it). Add everything else and simmer for 30-60 minutes. The beer is obviously optional, and how much meat you use depends on how thin or thick you want it. If you only use a one pound, plus the beer, it will be on the thin side, but that's how I personally like my chili. I've gone a whole day eating nothing but this, and it's super simple. |

If you have hot charcoal grill - pouring balsamic vinegar on the uncooked side of burgers helps the cooking process |
