You want to eat the most of the least fructose fruit and an occasional piece of the fruits higher in fructose.
I would look to a glycemic load chart, and consume as an occasional treat those at the lowest end. Glycemic load is based on a serving size, and glycemic index is based on a set quantity, so glycemic load charts give you a much more accurate idea of a food's impact on your blood sugar.
