Add some sort of natural antioxidant like vitamin C/lemon juice to the PUFA. Keep PUFA-high foods/PUFA oils out of the sunlight at all times and keep it stored in a cold place, preferably your freezer. Cook for longer periods of time on low-heat > cooking for short periods of time on high heat. |
