This seems to work pretty well for me! http://nomnompaleo.com/post/6125536089/hey-myplate-this-is-my-plate-by-popular

After eating paleo for a little while, I definitely found that my appetite became more self-regulating; I rarely need snacks, and I find it a lot easier to just eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm getting full. I myself had lost 15 lbs on Weight Watchers, and dropped about 8 more with paleo (without counting calories, carbs, points, etc.) My .02- I'd start out by just eating paleo foods, and maybe get into tweaking macronutrients (cutting carbs most likely) later on if you're not getting the results you want. That's the beauty of it- you may find that you can get great results without counting or weighing anything. Good luck :)
