I've seen it mentioned a couple of times since AHS. Does anyone have a link to a summary, perhaps by some kind blogger? V. interested in learning more.

I said this on here 6 months ago and got shot by all who read it. I think his idea is good in CONTEXT – The Quilt Aug 11 2011 at 22:40

This is the slideshow that's up from AHS: http://www.slideshare.net/ancestralhealth/ahs-slidespedro-bastos-8827808

FWIW, I have diabetes and I'm pretty sure that it was caused by milk drinking (latte anyone?). N=1 for sure, but I found that I started to gain weight very quickly when I started to consume latte's - and that was also about the time when the brain fog kicked in too!

Since eliminating milk from my diet, my fasting BG level is that of a non-diabetic.

I saw his slide on milk consumption and diabetes, and it was enough for me to tip the scales towards reducing the amount I consume. I did eat cheese, but find it irresistible. I don't have diabetes and I don't want it. Sorry that the presentation isn't out yet.
