It's hard to pick a fave (here is his list of podcasts related to #AHS11, here's the full archive). But if I had to pick, I'd vote for the podcasts with Stephan Guyenet, Kurt Harris, Paul Jaminet, Emily Deans, Chris Kresser, and Chris Masterjohn for sure. But one of my most recent faves was with Jenny Ruhl; gosh, she knows her stuff re blood sugar! |

Yep.. Rosedale is the guy the for me! He has been right on from the start over 15 yrs ago, and most of the early low-carbers are changing their story to follow his. The Eades started with high protein, and then partnered with Rosedale and later switched to a moderate protein and high fat. Atkins later shifted in his later books to follow Rosedale. The only one that has been consistant with the true science about Insulin and later leptin revealing a higher fat, moderate fat, low (non-fiber) carb diet as the healthiest is the man himself.. Dr. Rosedale, way before others took it as their own. He was almost a generation too early, such that many people have forgotton or don't even know of his ground-breaking research and thoughts. You can read "Insulin and it's Metabolic Effects", a talk of Rosedale's recorded by a participant, transcribed, and posted all over the internet, that laid the foundation for most everyone that followed. It is really the grandaddy of all insulin talks, that is just as true and current today as it was over a decade ago. |

*Note=If you're new to paleo check out Jimmy's podcasts and listen to as many as you can. They sustained me through my first months like a friend to keep me going. Also, he has all the paleo greats on there so the information is invaluable. |
