I've tweaked and experimented with everything Paleo has to offer. Are people sure that Paleo is good for everything? Do people do as much during the day as they used to? Are they as productive? Are they interested and excited in doing things as they used to?

This is too obvious, so I need to say it: All the new productivity time I gain from being paleo... I lose reading paleohacks. (And this is only semi-joking;) |

To be honest, no!!!! I spend way more time preparing food since I use hardly anything processed and my kids eat primal too. And I do a lot more dishes now!! lol |

I don't know about my productivity on paleo days, but since going paleo my nonpaleo days are decidedly even less productive than they were when I was all SAD, all the time. :-) |

I have more time. I have more energy. I no longer need to find snacks to get me through the afternoon. If I want i can IF for lunch. Lots of time saving advantages. |

I do have more energy, but I'd say I spend more time preparing food - the "downsize" of not buying dinner a box. |

For me, I'm definitely more productive, I have more energy, I think a lot more clearly, I'm more focused, more driven... as for being interested in things I was pre-paleo... the good stuff - yes. One thing I'm finding interesting is, things that would irritate me pre-paleo, I have absolutely ZERO tolerance for now. One example is useless drama - or - people creating drama for themselves and then playing the victim inside of said drama. I chalk it up to finding more clarity for myself, and seeing situations in a different light - I just have no time for nonsense any longer. Not that I had a whole lot of time for it before - but I'm way less tolerant these days. |
