We know that paleo can bring excellent results in different parts of our lives. It helped me lose some weight (whatever I needed to), also to feel healthier and more energetic. My question is: in you experience plus the one of those you know personally, which aspect of your life has improved most with paleo diet? is it weight, is it overall energy, is it fitness, is it sex drive, is it mental balance, is it health, is it some specific condition or what? I am really curious to know about you experiences!
Improved, overall health is the main goal, the umbrella under which everything will stem from, with this the body can function as it is meant to, digestion is better, chronic conditions can abate, stress can be managed, mental health can improve, the whole quality of life is tied into how healthy we actually are.
