Welll.... this is just me.. but.. I never really ever say never to anything and prefer the "selected indulgence" route should a need arise.
Maybe it's because I grew up in a house where all the cooking was done by the whole family, store treats were rare, so instead of namebrand treats I had homemade pie, cookies, cake, brownies - we made them on Saturday for the rest of the week. I've never had a Twinkie. My mum made pizza in a jellyroll pan so thin square pizza always tastes better. Our town was small, we didn't have fast food joints or anything, so homemade was always better tasting for me. I just never had it and never really wanted it when I could.
Unless there is a serious health reason to not eat something I'm going to keep my usual eating path and let my body decide what it wants. I'm comfortable taking a bite of something and just chucking the rest :) or offering to others.
For reals though, if someone offered me an RC Cola in a big glass filled with crushed ice and a straw? I will drink it all while grinning even knowing that I'll probably feel like hell afterwards. Blame my grammie - she used to slip it to me when when we played cards. Behived sweetest lady in the world :)
