I've been paleo for about 1 year (low fat vegan for 1 year previous) and feeling really great, and of course, all of my ailments, allergies, etc. etc. were cured. I'm 100% strict and always have been; I've eaten pretty low carb since the beginning, but have gone super lowcarb in the past couple months.
When I was a vegan I was eating so much sugar (fruit) I'm surprised I don't have diabetes (don't know if this has anything to do with this now).
It has occurred mildly my whole life, but in the past year I have had body parts easily falling asleep (pins & needles, numbness) Several times a day, mostly when I sit down (go figure) For example, right now my legs are slightly numb. I've read this is a symptom of illnesses like diabetes or Lyme disease.
Anything to be concerned about?
Thanks for any input.
