Good Morning Hacks,
I have a few questions in regarding weight loss.
1) What is your sex?
2) What was your starting weight when you started Paleo?
3) Height?
4) How long did it take for you to start losing?
The reason for this question is i have noticed people talking about their weight loss journey and talking about losing alot of weight, sometimes straight away, sometimes at a slower pace, but everyone seems to have HAD ALOT of weight to lose to begin with.
I have only MAXIMUM, 15LB to lose. Have been doing paleo for about the last few months and HONESTLY NOT 100% but have cut all grains, legumes, only eat ff cream in coffee about 3 -4 times per week, have a couple of scoops of whey protein isolate per week.
I eat alot of coconut, maccadamia, and olive oil about 1 cup per day of these.(not each one). Eating about 2.5kg (5.5lb) of meat weekly in the form of beef, fish, chicken, lamb. Having vegies with most meals (not tubers or carby foods) I dont eat fruit. I eat shredded coconut. Drink coconut cream in my 3 coffees dailys 0 carbs besides carbs in my NON starch veggies
I have not lost cms, but am not worried at this stage, because of my non 100% compliance. The times when i have not eaten paleo are times like before my cycle is due and having emotional eating issues for eg i had 5 bits of toast, a piece of cheesecake and some icecream the day before my cycle came.
In your opinion, if you only have about upto 15lb to lose, do i need to BE 100% COMPLIANT with no NON PALEO DAYS in order to start seeing the cms come off.
ps i do crossfit 2x per week weight train 2x per week low intensity cardio 2x per week
