In trying to keep up with oak0y's question: http://paleohacks.com/questions/60775/is-it-possible-to-make-upvotes-less-easymeta ... I've noticed that every time it goes to -5 or more, it's no longer viewable from the PaleoHacks main board, but it's not closed. It's still there when I click on my own answer link.

Does Stackexchange move it off the board? If yes, por que?

No idea, but I can't say I'm sad trollface – Bread-Eating Beelzebub Aug 26 2011 at 17:35
who is a trollface? me? how can I be a trollface... if I don't even have a face! ah hah! lol. remember Meliss... I am the one that made the tag "thorough-paleohacks-reputation-stalking". – Jack Kronk Aug 26 2011 at 17:57
Look! It's at negative 3 votes, and it's back on the board!! I think I have figured something out that not even Melissa knew!! – Jack Kronk Aug 26 2011 at 18:02

Oh I forgot I wasn't on reddit again. See if I ran the code on this thing, when I typed trollface a trollface would appear. Then life would be better. – Bread-Eating Beelzebub Aug 26 2011 at 18:26

That's a great question, Jack. We could perform an experiment by voting OakOy's question (or this, or any other question) back down to -6 to see if it disappears again.

Here's a tip to view all low-voted questions (they are still on the "All Questions" list):

  1. Click the "Questions" tab to the right of "PaleoHacks"
  2. Click the "votes" tab (below the "Ask Question" tab)
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  4. Find the page number list at the bottom left of the page
  5. Click on the highest page number (currently "508"), which is the last page, or the page with the lowest-voted questions
  6. Once you get to this page, you can click backwards ("507", "506", etc.) to view other pages with low-voted questions

Ed, Oak0y's Q has disappeared and reappeared multiple times, as it has fluctuated from -8 to -3. I'm pretty sure -5 or lower makes it vanish. – Jack Kronk Aug 26 2011 at 23:21

Jack, you have discovered a rift in the matrix. I have no idea why it's set up this way. Maybe the programmers felt that low-rated questions shouldn't "waste" space on the home page. Even though low-rated questions are apparently dropped from the "Recent Questions" board, they are still available on the "All Questions" list. There are currently 6 questions at -5 or lower. – Ed Aug 27 2011 at 4:06

maybe that's one contributing reason why nobody ever earns the reversal badge :o – Jack Kronk Aug 27 2011 at 14:49
