I know I've been asking quite a few questions, but this is really the first time I've sat down and thought about things.
First question: What is considered moderation for potatoes and rice? I used to eat those all of the time (they're actually the two things that I hate cutting out) and when they're all mashed up I can easily eat them. I'd really like to eat chicken stock with some rice (Or soft eggs with some overcooked, mushy rice!), but I don't want to over-do it.
Second Question: Is there any way to make dark chocolate from unsweetened baking chocolate? I have two large blocks of them (I love baking!) and have yet to find a recipe I can use them in (and I'm certainly not eating them by themselves). They cost me quite a bit and are pretty high quality, so I'd hate for them to go to waste.
