Thursday I'll have a new big batch of frozen, grass-fed beef. In the meantime, I'm stuck. I went to the health food store, didn't like what was left. Went to the supermarket and saw :
- Irish beef (I tried it in the past, it's good, but not like grass-fed beef)
- Bison (coming from the USA, I'm from Belgium, I'm hesitating because I know nothing about the source)
- Kangourou (coming from Southern Africa, I don't think I have the guts to try it out)
I can also eat cod from time to time, but I'm not a big fish fan (I want my zinc!).
What would you do?
