So I have a vegetarian i've been arguing with who claims if everyone was vegetarian we would all live 15-20 years longer. How can I prove that abstaining from meat is not only not ideal but unhealthy. Bare in mind that this person is only allowing me what he says is a 2-3 minute time frame to tell him my points.

Agree with them... Tell them that industrialized, grain fed meat is horrible, high in omega 6 and unhealthy. As is industrial grown plants. Get some common ground there. Then talk about how grass fed, free range, local meat is the healthiest food on the planet. Local organic veggies are good too.. |
