So I understand that overeating leads to high cortisol, BUT when eating for a mass gain it's imperative to overeat...
I'm going through a mass gain, and I've been eating close to 3300 calories daily, everything is going well strength wise, but I don't want to get my cortisol too out of control. Especially since I'm in the middle of a crazy schedule at college, with a very un-paleo dining center.
