So what are peoples thoughts on an adequate amount of fruit? If you are LC or VLC I guess no point answering.
I am fairly active (weights 3-4 times per week, sprints and cycling). I am fairly lean, no real issues with body weight, except maybe 1kg of fat around my gut.
I know that I eat very well, but I wonder if I eat too much fruit.
Daily I would normally consume 1 banana, 1-2 apples, 1 cup of berries, couple of pieces of melon and sometimes a blood orange.
Is this a lot? Do people eat more/less. Can people please let me know roughly what they eat fruit wise?
