I recently tried grass-fed ground beef and was speechless. Give that to me instead of a pizza or a bag of chips anytime. I finally understand why the paleo community is such a big fan of fatty cuts.
As I don't have easy access to grass-fed beef, I can't buy new beef often. I only bought 6 hamburgers, the rest are steaks (like 5 pounds of sirloin steak). I don't wanna run out of those amazing hamburgers immediately, so I decided to eat more fish and ... make my own ground beef. I tried to do it yesterday, with a food processor, but the taste wasn't the same at all!
Does anybody have more experience with making ground beef? I'm thinking of putting it in the food processor a bit longer and adding a bit of parsley before cooking the beef.
