So I've been paleo for 4 months and have been doing the VLC/Ketosis thing for the last 2 weeks. I like olives but lately it seems like I can't get enough. Could there be something I'm missing in my diet that causes me to crave them?
A lot of people on a paleo diet tend to have too low of a salt intake. Could that be it? I prefer pink salt or himalayan crystal salt and feel much better when I'm generally using it pretty liberally.
