Do you know a traditional diet? Or a diet of indegenous tribes which has a ration of 80% carbohydrats 10% protein and 10%fat?

Okinawa, Asian, Chinese, Mongolian, Khoisan, Monkeys, Apes, breatharians;), Karelian, Kerala People, Persian, Europeans, Sardinian, Greece,...what ever?

Probably a bunch others, basically any culture who relies on tubers as there main source of food.
