Alright, so a good friend of mine (kinda)talked me into doing 20g of carbs per day or less, starting tomorrow. I've been looking up carb contents for foods that I usually eat(yikes, yams!) I'm kinda getting overwhelmed and feel like I need to memorize the carb content of everything, which is making me a little paranoid.
I'm wondering if there are any high carb vegetables and fruits that I should look out for? And any other random helpful hints would be appreciated, I've been scanning some of the VLC threads already on here.
