I did incredible with paleo over the summer and gained so much muscle, but now that I'm back at school it's become a lot harder for me. With homework, sports, and work I feel like it's just so much easier to grab a bagel or something. I do have the time to cook, but I'm always taking the unhealthy and easy route. Can anyone come up with some good meals that I can have at lunch and after school? thanks so much!
