The title is oxmoronic, I know, but at least that's better than just being moronic ;)
So -- does anyone use any modern technological devices to help you with your paleo? And I don't mean web sites (we all know fitday, nutritiondata, etc) but I mean actual devices.
I thought of this in reference to the weight-loss thread, because, key to my healthy eating is the following device, that I'm a HUGE fan of:
the Withings. I just weigh myself daily and it keeps automatically a record of my weight - I can download the data, see the curves/charts, etc etc. This is why I can tell you with precision how much I've lost since I started.
I've heard about different tools to measure your blood sugar levels and cholesterol at home. I've never tried any (has anyone?).
Any other tools anyone would recommend?
For example: a particular device to help cook meat so we easily keep it as close to raw as possible? A particular system to measure food quantities?
We are living in the future, this stuff should be here by now ;)
