What do you do on a regular basis that just makes you feel flippin' stellar?
Chilling the fuck out, sleeping as much as I need to, and generally not feeling the need to keep up with people who talk about how incredibly busy they are 24/7 and only sleep 4 hours every night and so on. Removing myself from that and realising that taking time out to just enjoy life and relax wasn't being lazy, that was totally liberating, no lie.
I love running into someone that I haven seen in a while, and having them ask how i made this transformation. Then as I tell them the story and what I am doing, I love seeing lightbulbs going off, over and over, as they realize all of this just makes sense.
Happens about once a week for me.
I love how all the paleo approved foods are absolutely delicious.
Meat with lots of fat!
Full fat yoghurt or cheese!
Everytime I sit down to eat I think: "Amazing. All of this stuff is incredible."
Before paleo, I ate food I didn't really like. Like a lot of cereal in the morning.

I feel so cliched saying it, like I'm filling out a personals ad or someting. I don't care what the weather is, if I can smell the ocean, I am "spontaneous cartwheels" style blissed out. Luckily, I live only a mile inland so I can indulge often.
