Has anybody doing only Body By Science program managed to get to
- at least 2 times their bodyweight bench press & 2 and half times bodyweight squats/deadlifts OR
- gain at least 15kg of muscle mass while staying below 10% bodyfat
If yes, please tell us how you did it!
if one was doing ONLY body by science how would one know what kind of weight they can put up on the bench or on squats/deadlifts?
No wonder it took over six months to get an answer to this question. Jake summed it up perfectly. It's a question with a built in fatal flaw. It's more like a zen koan than a PH question.
