Has anybody doing only Body By Science program managed to get to - at least 2 times their bodyweight bench press & 2 and half times bodyweight squats/deadlifts OR - gain at least 15kg of muscle mass while staying below 10% bodyfat ?

if one was doing ONLY body by science how would one know what kind of weight they can put up on the bench or on squats/deadlifts?

You will note that the BBS authors recommend Nautilus versions of those movements, but also list the barbell movements as acceptable variations. More places have barbells than Nautilus machines, so it's quite likely that a lot of BBS followers use barbells. – Harfatum Apr 24 2012 at 0:21

No wonder it took over six months to get an answer to this question. Jake summed it up perfectly. It's a question with a built in fatal flaw. It's more like a zen koan than a PH question.
