Two weeks ago, I started experiencing slight queasiness that would go away when I ate. Not all the time, but most of the time, after I start eating around 10 am. Now I feel queasy even after eating.
Seasonal allergy symptoms have kicked in--that's the only correlation I can make. Been stuffy & a bit fatigued.
I'm 48, in great shape.
I'm not pregnant. (Just tested to make sure!)
I've been lacto-Paleo for 10 months and WAP before that. I generally eat 2-3 meals a day, but with this "funny tummy" I've been grazing within an 8 hour eating window (I've been happily IFing for 6 months.)
No dietary or supplement changes recently.
I've been avoiding most FODMAPS.
My average daily diet: Black tea w/heavy cream, kombucha, water
3 eggs cooked in Kerrygold butter with lactose-free sour cream & salsa or bacon.
Chicken liver paté on rice crackers or home-made, low sugar "jello" and sour cream or 2 oz dubliner cheese or lactose free kefir smoothie with bananas.
Grass-fed steak cooked in butter with spinach or chard or burger with cooked veggies. 40 gm dark chocolate.
I take 1000 mg krill oil, 6000 IUs Vitamin D, 200-400 mg Magnesium Citrate, and a B-multi.
