Theres no way I can afford to go to seminars or buy the books or really any of that. What am I supposed to do? I need a good structure of foods that I can eat without my stomach cramping and so far that seems like a vegetarian diet centered around smoothies, soups and the occasional sandwich (on sprouted bread).
While my stomach enjoys this diet, I know this isn't near what I should be eating...so what do I do? My stomach still cramps up when I eat meat, though it seems to accept fish like tilapia with minimal cramping, so thats nice.
And I've pretty much forced myself to eat a solid meal a day, but...I don't know what to do. I really don't.
