Do you notice a qualitative or quantitative difference in your sex drive since going paleo?
I have been eating mainly paleo for a couple of months and did notice an increased sex drive.
I assume it has to do with the increase in saturated fat (necessary to synthesize testosterone), decreased inflammation and better blood circulation from fish oil etc., as well as increased consumption of zinc and arginine from meat and nuts.
I haven't added resistance training to my regimen yet, does it make a noticeable difference?
