My questions pretty much says it all. Since going paleo about a month ago I am hungry all the time, have a lot of saliver in my mouth which is not pleasant, everything tastes like metal. I find I cannot use metal sppons or forks or my food tasts very bad. I am also very cold...
My diet: Suppl vit D, A, Zinc, selenium, C Breakfast: bacon & eggs in CO one day, fruit & nts + bacon the other day snack: nuts & raisins (I knnow not very good but like them and do not want to lose weight) lunch: salad with sardines/ salmon/ parmaham... Dinner: some variation of chicken/beef with veCOetables...usually fried in CO, sometimes sweet patato (once or twice a week) desert: banana or apple baked in CO with cinamon
I have paleo carrot cake or other baked goods once or twice a week
I have not lost weight and don't want to!
what is wrong?
