Alright, I have been cutting roughly 11 weeks now and from where I started at ~205 and am currently right around 190. The fat loss has been excellent so far and just began "mini" refeed days about 2 weeks ago. I workout in the morning right after my first meal so this refeed consists only of adding a 5.3oz baked pot to my eggs and a 1/4 cup of oats to my pwo (about a 40g overall increase). The rest of the day my carbs remain the exact same as any other day. My question is should I really be lowering my fat intake on such a small refeed day on a normal day I eat arond 160g of carbs 90 fat and 300 protein and my cals are at 2800. On these refeeds my carbs go to about 200 and I USUAULLY lower fat like 10g's but is that even necessary?! Thanks!
If your still sleeping I woudnt say you need it, my body lets me know when Im too LC by interrupting my sleep multiple times per night and having me wake up 2-4 hours before Im supposed to. Thats how I know its re-feed time.
What are you trying to accomplish? I don't really see this as a refeed of any sort. On a refeed you should go big or go home. At least double+ your carbs and yes drop the fat to ~50g for the day. I just don't see the benefit to what you are proposing given your current daily intake. I actually don't think you need a refeed with your usual macros but if you are feeling you do then go for it but do it up big.
