I drink an assortment of unsweetened iced teas such as hibiscus, green, black, Earl Grey, Red Zinger, and lemongrass. Obviously I also drink water. I also drink coffee and coconut milk. On occasion I drink red wine.

What are you drinking that I'm missing out on?

Seltzer water with squirt of lemon juice.

I make cucumber water with a few sprigs of mint and some sliced ginger. I've found it helpful in helping my stomach ease with digestion as I transition into this paleo lifestyle. :)

Seltzer? Not sure if carbonation has any adverse effects.

I love my soda stream, I drink carbonated water with a splash of coconut water and lime when I want something special. Otherwise water or herbal tea- Bengal Spice is my favorite. I drink black tea with a splash of unsweetened almond milk in the AM

I love my soda stream too! I squeeze a lime and about 1/3 of a lemon into carbonated spring water and it's a guilt-free treat. Of course, you have to be primal/paleo for a few weeks before you can handle it without sugar. At first, it might be better to just squeeze a lemon or lime wedge into the carb water. – Nance Oct 1 2011 at 1:52

Thirding the carbonated water—I also have a SodaStream and love home carbonation. I add a few drops of concentrated sugar-free juice (pomegranate, cranberry) or a spritz of citrus.

You can also do flavored waters in a pitcher in the fridge. Just a few slices of cucumber, grapefruit, mango, apple, pineapple, etc. is enough to give a whole pitcher of water a great zing. Many herbs are great for this, too—mint, rosemary, and basil are my favorites.

If you do dairy, steeping some herbs (cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom, cloves, allspice berries) in it and adding some vanilla extract is a great warm wintery drink.

I love club soda with a little splash of fruit juice for flavor, it's the easiest thing to order when I'm out at the bar with friends. I would die without a nice hot mug of yerba mate with a little honey to kick off my morning, really jump-starts my energy. Now that the weather is getting warmer some hot coconut milk with a square or two of hot chocolate and a drop of vanilla is a nice evening treat.

Water mostly, sometimes adding in fresh-squeezed lemon or lime. I probably drink 50-100 ounces per day.

I used to like coffee and tea in my SAD days, but now coffee makes me jittery. Tea not so much, but I don't really crave it anymore and just try to keep away from caffeine anyway.

I buy organic orange juice for when my kids come over, so I may have a cup or two of that every now and then.

I was also drinking heavy cream straight (3-4oz at a time) when I'd eat dark chocolate, but I'm cutting it out starting this month to avoid the excess calories so I can get to losing the other 30-40 pounds I have left to go.

Finally, when I make bone broths every week or so I freeze half of it for future meals and drink the rest over a few days.

Vietnamese iced coffee with heavy cream...

I dunno why they call it that. They stole it from the French.

Or maybe it has something to do with the French occupation of Vietnam? :) – Canis Minor Mar 5 2012 at 23:17

Ding, we have a winner! Now you can go to a Vietnamese restaurant in the US, and have iced coffee with thick cream, inspired by the stuff left the French left in the 1950s. Theirs has that sugary syrup though. It's perfect with just heavy cream. – DFH Mar 5 2012 at 23:24

Magic mushroom tea? Just kidding. Mostly. Okay, so kombucha is (can be) delish and in theory can be made at home. Haven't tried that yet but hope to in the future. It is really a treat with a price tag to back it up. It has good for you probiotics though so worth it.

Potato vodka?
Topo Chico (lime is awesome)
Coconut Milk
Water Green/White Tea Combo Bone Broth

Moder Day Cave-Grrrl's (or person) Mixed Drink:
Potato Vodka (or whiskey)
Kombucha (Passionberry Bliss)
Topo Chico
Ice
Mix to taste.
It's not sweet. Sure as hell not fruity. I hate fruity and usually go for straight booze or maybe I'll add a splash of soda (plain). This is light, fizzy and refreshing.

Starbuck's unsweetened vanilla roobius tea and unsweetened passionfruit tea. Once, when I was sick, I made myself hot almond milk, and it was super soothing and delicious.

I can't stomach solid food early in the morning (6am), so I have been having creamy eggy lattes or cocoas.

~ Whip up 2 large eggs and a teaspoon of coconut oil in the magic bullet blender. ~ Then add the frothy eggs to hot coffee or some cocoa powder dissolved in hot water. ~ Can add stevia to taste. ~ Sprinkle cinnamon on top

You end up with a creamy, frothy drink that seems to contain dairy even though it does not. You can't taste the egg at all. Keeps me going for about 6 hours!

I drink pretty much only water but some other drinks I like to have sometimes are coconut water, coconut milk, acai berry juice, and herbal tea, I wish I was not allergic to nuts, then i could drink almond milk.

My favorite drink is my post workout smoothie. It has coconut water, a bananna, strawberries, acai berry power, hemp force protein, maca power, and cacao powder

I don't really follow paleo when it comes to alchohol but I only drink once every few weeks.

I am satisfied to drink ice water much of the time. I also drink %100 fruit juice, coconut water, coconut milk, tomato juice (not that V8 **), mint tea, chocolate milk, smoothies and more. I never lack for variety in that department =]
