Wouldn't it be great to have that same plate model filled with beautiful paleo foods? I do not posses such skills, but I bet one of you does! Here's the supposedly improved Harvard version: http://www.health.harvard.edu/plate/healthy-eating-plate

Stephan Guyenet Posted this one a while ago. I like it, and I'm using it for a presentation I'm giving in my computer class today.

Here's what my plate typically looks like...
The key word is "my" given that I put coffee & cocoa (unsweetened of course) on there as a separate food group. Nevertheless, I put it up for a vote against the USDA version and the results were pretty clear (click here to take a look.) |

Here's my effort. The simplicity of the content is intentional. The simplicity of the design is due to my lack of skill.

The Perfect Health Diet food plate is here: http://perfecthealthdiet.com/?p=4310 It's a little busy, but I like it. (Think of PHD as paleo + white rice) |
