Just noting that this URL now points to our blog. Lucas Tafur's blog is now at lucastafur.com – Ambimorph Jun 1 2012 at 21:31

I'm planning to start one soon. I'll post the link here when I do.

Edit:

It's finally here: The Ketogenic Diet for Health. Thank you so much for the encouragement!

Not answering for Ambimorph, but have you ever considered that the requirements for those are based on the SAD, which depletes nutrients. Perhaps when eating cleanly there is enough in meat to satisfy the body's needs. – Mr. Trashcan Sep 19 2011 at 21:39

Just to add...Regarding vitamin C, hold on to your seats: I don't think it's essential to health. I know that's blasphemy, but again, it's based on an agricultural diet. Know any studies done on low carbers? Didn't think so. – Mr. Trashcan Sep 19 2011 at 21:43

My personal strategy has varied immensely, from supplementing almost nothing, to taking everything that might possibly be needed. The only thing that has made a clear difference so far is magnesium, which improved my mood even above the new better baseline. – Ambimorph Sep 19 2011 at 22:50

Somebody posted my choco-lard recipe on the reddit.com/r/keto forum and surprisingly a lot of people freaked out! I would think that, of anybody, they would be down with a snack made out of lard, unsweetened cocoa, and coconut butter! fitnessinanevolutionarydirection.com/2011/07/… – FED at LiveCaveman.com Sep 19 2011 at 23:33

Yes for ketotic.org, which I believe he has combined onto his new site. Also, there are great blogs on perfecthealthdiet.com and proteinpower.com/drmike/ that talk about ketosis
