just doing some research at the moment and its quite intereseting. I didnt eat any meat or fish for 20 years (except rabbit when i worked on a farm in my 20's) Then with my second pregnancy i started eating fish.............absolutely divine. And last Thursday I had an urge for some rabbit again. So I went to the butcher and bought a Brecon rabbit and made a casserole................lovely.

So i am toying with the idea of trying this lifestyle with eggs fish rabbit veg fruit etc and see how it goes.

Still doing my research at the moment and enjoying it.

Hi also from liverpool, not fully paleo as i eat legumes but appreciate the priciples of getting back to a native way of living.

It's nice to meet other UK paleos, even if we are quite widely scatttered. I live in the middle of nowhere in rural Lancashire, have been eating this way for about three years, latterly going 100%. Lovely paleo food to be had here and we keep chickens for the eggs, but my doctor's eyes popped out a bit at my high LDL figure. I don't plan on doing statins......

Oops, I mean 'certain health conscious'. Fat fingers.
