Hey all New here wanted to ask a few things little history bout me i was 160KG then i became 80KG am 178.8 tall then ibecame 82KG by gaining muscle mass then i gained 5KG of fat :P now 87KG i'v gained this 5KG in a month or 2 i want to be 70-77 Kilo how long will it take me to lose that weight my current life is wake up do a workout that will takme 20-40min when i first wake up i dont eat just excerise then i eat then go to work then come back home eat then go to night school go back home walking *fast walking like 8kilo meters*40min or 45 min i think then sleep ofcourse sometimes i get to lazy to exercise in the morning :P and my time is i wake up 4-5am to exercise then at 7 am at work then i finish work by 3 at 4 am school i finish school at 9:15 or 8:40 some 2days at 9:15 rest 8:40 so am home at 10 and then rest am home at 9:15 or 9:20 then i sleep then repeat the whole thing and i lift weight in the morning to gain muscle-strength mainly care about strength
am thinking of doing Plaeo like this Breakfast: 2-4eggs whole ones + Veggies + Dates Snack: Dates or a certain Fruit Lunch: Canned Tuna that is in olive oil or water+ Veggies+Fruits+date Snack: nuts or nothing Dinner : No Dinner :P and ya i lost the weight that i lost in less than a year and i have lots of loss skin :P
