Dilemma: should one consume 12 coffee beans per day or avoid this practice? I consume them for energy, anti-oxidants, fat oxidation. I would avoid them for minimizing cortisol secretion. Would this amount be significant in secreting cortisol(it would probably yield 100-122???mg. of caffeine) such that it reduces testosterone and causes oxidative damage to cells? Should I or shoudln't I? At a more meta level: How much cortisol is a significant factor in causing damage of the above sort? Are there any other pros/cons to consuming/avoiding this 'dose' regimine???
Like others? What others?
Coffee has benefits and liabilities. Define yours and then consider appropriate choices.
Caffeine has its uses. So does melatonin. Consider keeping them in separate, well-labeled containers.
