Hello to everyone. Have been busy with business comittments and lifes other stories :p. I hope everyone is doing well and spreading the paleo word.
I fell off the wagon for a little while and my weight increased by a few kgs, or to my american friends, that would be Pounds. After feeling sluggish and noticing my waist-line ballooning, i decided to get back on the paleo track. I have been very strict paleo for 18 days now(the longest time i have remained on the diet) and the scales say that i have lost 4kgs (8.8lbs) My goal weight is 82kgs (doctors orders)
At this rate how long would you guys say that i will reach my goal. I feel satiated and as energetic as a rocket. Noticed that the puffiness in my face has gone down dramatically.
A description of my daily eating is as follows: An omellette consisting of 6 eggs, a diced onion, 10 diced mushrooms and 6 pieces of diced bacon. Then its about 4 to 5 chicken breasts throughout the day. Also followed by a large salad of cabbage, 1 carrott and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.
